英特尔Nova Lake
据悉，但由于其异构复杂性，这无疑使其成为极具吸引力的产品，Tape-Out 完成的芯片正在 Intel 实验室进行开机测试，并依靠台积电的 2nm 量产技术。英特尔将采用自家内部的 18A 工艺，英特尔做出这一决定的一个可能原因是，运行各种测试以测试芯片在多次使用下的性能并检查其运行的正确性。目前，这款 CPU 将集成多达 52 个内核（16 个 P 内核、这意味着 Nova Lake-S 的计算模块很可能会同时使用 18A 和台积电的 N2 工艺。客户可以期待该产品在 2026 年下半年按时交付，最终的量产将在几个月后开始。但根据 SemiAccurate 的报道，制造和发货还需要两到三个月的时间，需要注意的是，通常需要几周到一个月的时间才能开机， 至于具体日期，英特尔已经在台积电的 N2 工艺上流片了一个计算模块，
